This blog is a personal account of some of the things I love and loathe the most. It’s my attempt to be transparent about personal triumphs and failures in hopes to inspire or warn – depending on the topic. I’m a 43-year-old woman with two beautiful girls, a hectic schedule, a menopausal, auto-immune disease-ridden body, braces, glasses, a strong faith, a touch of social anxiety and an excellent sense of humor.
If you don’t know much about me, my best friend convinced me to do an interview in the 10th anniversary of the magazine I own, BayouLife. https://bayoulifemag.com/an-interview-with-cassie-livingston/
It may have been the first time that I truly empathized with all of the people I’ve asked to be a part of the magazine previously. I was glad both Laura and Kelly edited me, verbally and visually. I hope you enjoy this blog, and I look forward to your comments and suggestions.
